We have 1 sunny furnished double room in a Victorian house on a quiet street in Brockley available to rent from end of May, start of June, date tbc. As current housemate is moving out.
Close to Goldsmiths university and shops. Under 10mins walk to Brockley and New Cross Overground stations, and Deptford Bridge DLR is also close by. Great bus routes to London Bridge.

The larger room previously advertised has now been taken.
Recently refurbished, good size separate living & dining rooms, kitchen and garden. Would prefer a mature student. (Other housemates are potgrad students). Someone clean and tidy would be most welcome. Budding gardeners also encouraged to get in touch.

We are easy-going, clean and respectful and would like our new tenant to be similar.

All of us are busy during the week but we do try to have a household dinner once a week so that everyone can catch up.

Please note there is one resident cat, so if you have an allergy this might be an issue!
