My flatmate is moving out at the end of the tenancy and I'm looking for someone to sign a new contract.

The room is a double with bed, clothes closet and side table, roughly 2.2 X 3.5 meters with north facing window. There is only 1 bathroom shared with me.

The flat is in the seventh floor of a 2000s building with concierge 24/7, with a friendly and responsive landlord. The area is well connected with 2 DLR stations under 5 min walk, jubilee line 10 min and Elizabeth line 15 min. We also have a tesco in the ground floor, near co-op, asda and Asian stores.

I'm Leo, I'll be your flatmate, I'm a colombian engineer working in the office most days with exceptional wfh. I'm looking for a clean, tidy, non-smoker person interested in signing a new contract from mid July. You must be able to provide documentation and references for the agency to approve.
