New carpets just fitted, the room has a TV in it but you will be welcome to watch TV in the lounge too, There is a very good corner shop two doors away and Clee bakery too!. Plenty of other local shops nearby including a decent chip shop, pizza house, pubs, and a post office.
Nice large garden, you can enjoy on a nice day. Shared kitchen and lounge, two toilets, fantastic modern monsoon shower. Top level Virgin broadband, council tax and all household bills are included in the rent.
Sorry but no pets or smoking in the house but vaping is ok, smoking in the garden is ok too. It is a calm, quiet house, we don’t really drink.
We have space for your bike in our garage if needed.
Toilet paper, tea, coffee and milk are all also included in the rent, we buy in bulk so we never run out.
My partner and I own the house, people tend to stay with us for years, we enjoy the company. My partner and I are gay but not so much you could tell, the other lodgers are not gay so there is a nice balance. The house is modern, heated, with plenty of storage. There is plenty of parking nearby if you have wheels otherwise the number 4 bus stop is right outside the house for trips to Cleethorpes and Grimsby Town centre Cleethorpes and Weelsby woods are close enough to walk to.
