My husband and I live in a new-build, five-bedroom fully detached house in Scartho Top, Grimsby, just a few minutes from Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital.

We are both working professionals and have decided to make some of our spare rooms available to students, professionals, nurses, doctors, hospital staff, or anyone looking for comfortable and suitable accommodation.

We would particularly welcome hospital staff because of our convenient location, but everyone is welcome to enquire as long as you’re clean, respectful, trouble-free and easy to live with. 😊
