Good sized double (3.2m x 4m)with bed, wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers, full length mirror. Bath and shower room with separate wc. Kitchen . No shared living room but parking on drive available. Owner lives here, rescue cat and dog. Out most of the time. Must be a cat lover ! I would prefer to live with a female due to past experiences living with men. But happy to check references and meet to see if im comfortable with male in the house. would prefer someone who is quiet, wears headphones to watch tv etc
