Hey! We’re moving out of our room in Lewisham and looking for someone to take it 😊

It’s a bright ensuite room with loads of natural light, and you’ll also have access to a shared balcony (great for chilling or having breakfast when the weather’s nice). The room comes with a tall wardrobe and a big chest of drawers, but no other furniture — although you’re welcome to buy ours if you like.

💰 Rent:

£950 for single
£1075 for couple
(bills not included)

Bills in total are around £350/month in summer and £400/month in winter (covers electric, water, WiFi, council tax).

If you're single, bills are split between 3 (~£115–£135)
If you're a couple, bills are split between 4 (~£85–£100 per person)

🏡 You’ll be living with 2 male flatmates — both chill and easy to get along with.

📍 Location is honestly amazing — right opposite Lewisham Shopping Centre, so everything is super close:

2 min to Iceland
5 min to Sainsbury’s
10 min to Asda & Tesco
loads of cafes, takeaways, Starbucks, Costa etc nearby

🚆 Transport is also really convenient:

7 min walk to Lewisham Station
around 10 min to London Bridge

The room has its own bathroom, so you’ve got your own space, but still a nice shared vibe in the flat.

We’re only moving out because we’ve decided to live separately, otherwise we’d definitely stay . it’s been a really nice place to live.

Reference check and affordability check are also required. The deposit is £1097 for one person or £1242 for couples.
