We have One Single Room to rent from now to August 31 2026(can extend after that).
Excellent location. Only 10 meters from the University of Surrey Stag Hill campus. 5-minute walk to the train station and 10-minute walk to Guildford town centre.
House: Shared house with 3 other full time students. Shared kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. One single room is now available.
Rent: £700 per month including all bills (or £25 per day including all bills.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a quiet and clean living environment (the other housemates are very quiet and tidy, and nice and friendly.)
If you are friendly, quiet, and have a regular lifestyle, and you are a well-organized person, you are very welcome to live here. Students are preferred, and it would be even better if you are a student at the University of Surrey or a recent graduate from there.
