We have a room to rent in our shared house as one of the guys is leaving. We’re a mix of young professionals, friendly and social, regularly sit in the kitchen and chill, cook together etc. We’ve got plenty of parking and utility space, two bathrooms and two kitchen spaces which are newly refurbished! We keep it a nice and tidy house, with a cleaner that comes once a week. Close to town, easy access and there’s a shop 2 minutes walk down the road. All bills are included too - happy for the room to be painted/decorated or personalized however you like!
