The room currently doesn’t have a wardrobe, but there’s plenty of space for one. The current housemate has their own wardrobe which they’ll be taking with them. The room also features large shelves across one wall and the bed includes two large storage drawers.

There’s additional space in the living room for a desk if you work from home or need a study area.

The house itself has lots of storage space, including a garage, parking, a large fridge, dishwasher, and a private back garden.

Location-wise, it’s:

* 15-minute walk to the town centre
* 25-minute walk to Guildford Station
* 7-minute bus ride to the town centre (bus stop directly outside the property)
* 10-minute walk to London Road Station
