Welcome to my home. It’s a calm, stress free happy and chilled home. I’ve recently retired, very early, and go to the gym most days and enjoy the outside, like being on the patio for my morning coffee with my 2 boys, Harry (cat) & Archie (dog) who are my world, or walking Archie at one of the many beautiful places in & around the Farnham area. I may be 62 but thankfully, I don’t look “old” nor act like someone my age. I’m neither grumpy nor set it my ways, and always up to helping if asked.

There is a fully featured shower room downstairs that the lodgers use, and a conventional fully featured bathroom with shower over upstairs, which I tend to use.

The double room is bright, airy & south facing, and rented on the basis of single occupancy only and is fully furnished.

All bills included and you'll have wireless broadband throughout the house and into the garden.

I have a female lodger, who is from Sri Lanka, who is 36 and enjoys socialising and cooking.

When I say “pets” - due to Harry (cat) I cannot accept cats nor dogs that want to chase a cat; It’s not fair on Harry. As for dogs - Archie is chilled and calm, playful and gets on with all dogs and Harry is if they’re calm and don’t chase or bark at him. There is an uplift in cost for a dog of £100 pcm.

This is a lifestyle choice for me, hence the very reasonable rent and I’m looking for people who really appreciate that they’re moving into a home not just a room and temporary place to live while continuing to look for somewhere else, so get I touch if you fancy living somewhere really nice at a reasonable price! I also, spend quite a lot of time away in Cornwall with Archie, so someone female to keep Janaki company and to feel safe when I’m away is important too.
