We are situated 5 minutes walk from the village shop and pub in Rowledge or a short drive into Farnham. The house is also directly opposite a path going straight into Alice Holt forest.
We are looking for a professional person (or potentially a student). We are a sociable family of four with two teenage daughters.
Lena is a teacher in Guildford and Richard works from home a few days a week.
We also have a lovely little Spaniel, Boo, and a little cat, Noodle, so you need to be an animal lover.
Long or short-term lets considered.
