I have 2 rooms available to rent, as a single suite, in my home in A quiet village in the Surrey Hills, located between Dorking and Guildford. It's a very quiet property and the rooms have just been totally refurbished. They are let as a suite. There is a double bedroom with a sofa and TV area at one end, a landing with an ensuite shower room and a small single room with a bed with new mattress that could be for a guest or use as a dressing room or study area. The garden is very pretty and available to share. There is off road parking available. It is a beautiful area that is popular for cycling and dog walking with a great variety of lovely waling options. A car or bike is essential to access local shops.
Ideally I m looking for a non smoking, respectful, tidy individual or couple to share. Any applicant should be animal friendly. I shall require employment references, proof of Right to Rent and a security deposit.
The suite is available for 7 nights per week ( full time) or 5 nights per week, Monday to Friday.
The rent is £625pcm for these rooms plus bills.
If rented full time there will be an additional £125 pcm to cover a share of council tax, gas, electricity and water for an individual, £175 for a couple. If this room is required only 5 nights per week then there will be £50pcm bill contribution (instead of £125) for an individual.
The kitchen and gardens may be shared with the live in landlady. I am a very active lady with a love for animals, gardening, dog sports, walking, reading and much more.
