We are offering a spacious and well-furnished room in the home we currently live in. Although the room is large enough to accommodate a couple, we are letting it to a single occupant to ensure comfort and ample personal space.

The room includes a double bed with under-bed drawer storage, a wardrobe, a full-length standing mirror, one tall chest of drawers, and one smaller drawer unit. A desk and professional chair are also provided, making the space ideal for working from home or studying.

The property is a mid-terraced duplex house, comprising one main bathroom on the first floor and an additional WC on the ground floor. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances. For convenience, the house includes a tumble dryer for winter use and a good-sized garden suitable for drying clothes during summer months. The garden may also be used for barbecues.

The home is fully electric and supports a net-zero approach, with no gas supply in the property.

We are a friendly household and are looking for a respectful, considerate tenant who will integrate well with the family environment. We prefer a vegetarian tenant. Non-vegetarian tenants are welcome to consume food purchased outside the home or use the garden barbecue area; however, cooking non-vegetarian food inside the house is not permitted.

We kindly expect the tenant to maintain cleanliness and treat the home with care. The room should be returned in the same condition at the end of the tenancy.
