As my work location has changed I would like to end my contract here early. Looking for someone to take over the tenancy which runs until October 15th 2026.

Also it’s a self contained studio, not a 2 bed. Just wouldn’t give me the option to specify that. 🤷♀️
Guildford plaza has loads of great communal spaces including a gym, workspace, communal kitchens, laundry, cinema room and pet friendly garden room. I’m in block 2 which is also pet friendly.
