Hi there, my housemate is moving out mid October and ideally I would like to stay in the flat. It’s located in Burpham so near a shop parade, an Aldi and a Sainsbury’s. Also a bus stop right outside. There is a garage too which you can use for parking. The rent is £725 a month, including bills you’ll be looking at about £900-£950 a month.
