It is a very chilled happy house, conscious of other peoples space and needs. Myself and current lodger are friendly and like to chat over a cuppa. Another female may enjoy the setup, but honestly its really about us all getting on, so gender isnt a preference. Tell me about yourself and what your looking for and we can have an informal chat.

About the room!

The King size room is spacious, newly refurbished, and includes a wardrobe, bed, desk, and ample storage.

The downstairs bathroom, recently updated, will be shared mainly between the two lodgers rooms and is also the communal bathroom for guests. I have a private en-suite upstairs.

Amenities include:

1. Utility room for laundry
2. Access to the garden
3. Kitchen is arranged so that each lodger has their own two designated cupboards and shares a fridge/freezer between them. I have my own on the opposite side of the kitchen.
4. Shared downstairs bathroom

Please note: On-street parking is located about 50m away, with additional spaces nearby via a short alley walk. I can show you these options during a viewing.

I also work remotely full time in the living room (desk is in there), although I do travel with work occasionally. So the Living room isnt shared on that basis as per my filters, but if im away or out for the evening happy for you to use.

I have a dog half of the time; being a fellow dog lover is a must. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept lodgers with pets.

The house is located on a main road, with both rooms at the front, they are well-insulated. It’s a 5-minute walk to both Caesars Camp and Rowhills Copse and about 10 minutes to Farnham Park. Bus stops and local shops are all within walking distance.
