A double room available in a 3 bedroom house, in the town centre of Guildford. The room is only furnished with a double bed and mattress, and the remaining areas of the house are fully furnished. We are looking for somebody to join an existing tenancy agreement, with a rolling 1 year contact.

The landlady is responsive to all damages and repair requests, which is good is you’re use to a standardly bad landlord/ lady.

The house has had thee people and one dog living in it, with two being in a long-term relationship. Our most important member of the house is a small dog called Noodle (she is hyper-allergenic so good for those allergic to dogs). The house has shared facilities (living room, dining room, kitchen, spacious garden), and office space available (the office would be shared).

Parking is available - but is limited and available through Guildford Borough Council. The house is situated close to the A3 and only a 10 minute walk to Guildford train station.
