Pretty room upstairs sharing the bathroom with one.
Peaceful, thoughtful individual wanted. TV aerial in the room. Not suitable for home workers and have to work full time and no night shifts. Clean and tidy particularly in the kitchen to make life easier for the others in the house. There is a room and private shower for the tenant on the ground floor but this is taken. The house is very close to the train station and an easy walk in to Petersfield.
This would only suit individuals (perhaps new to the area) who would enjoy getting to know the other people on the house.. Really importantly animal lovers only, no room for more.
This could work for someone who only wants the room Monday to Friday or weekly in which case the fee would be £170 a week to cover me cleaning the room and providing bedding. For weekly rental only I would launder the sheets and make up the bed weekly.
