I am urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Guildford, Surrey (GU2 9RY) from the 22nd of February 2026.

Rent is £600 per month with a seperate utilities direct debit to UniHomes of £107 per month.

The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and mounted shelves - it is fully furnished.
The house is about 20-30 minutes walk from Stag Hill campus, has great public transport access to the town centre, and there are multiple shops nearby (including Lidl, which is just a 10 minute walk).

The house is shared with 4 other students, including a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and large garden.

Only available to University of Surrey students.
