We are within a five-minute walk of a Sainsbury's and an Aldi. There's also a parade of shops and restaurants nearby.

I live two minutes from the A3 which is half an hour drive to London. The nearest station is a five-minute drive/40 minute walk. (London Road Station, 50 minutes to Waterloo) . Guildford Mainline station is a 10-minute drive. (Waterloo 30 minutes).

The house is currently on the market so the room is available for 6 months.

About me:

I am a health care professional and I share my home with a lovely little dog who is very friendly. I enjoy going for walks, running and spending time with my daughters who have all left home.
