Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my contract, suitable for january/February intake students.

It's a refurbished flat with other 3 flatmates (females) they are very nice and friendly, the neighborhood is quiet, the room itself is just 590 a month, the electricity bill on average is 20 pounds (colder months usually little higher)

The closest markets are sainsbury and tesco express, and its just few minutes from the central town
