I’ve recently rented a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in central Guildford, originally assuming my daughter would be staying with me from time to time. As that’s no longer the case, I’m happy to rent out the second bedroom.
The flat is located at the top of the High Street and includes access to a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym. The room is furnished with a double bed (compact rather than oversized), a chest of drawers, a large built-in wardrobe, and its own bathroom.
I work from home most of the time. I don’t smoke, and I like to keep the place clean and tidy. I love nature and tend to hibernate a bit at this time of year. I meditate and occasionally play soft, meditative music — think spa atmosphere.
I’m almost vegetarian — perhaps better described as a “qualitarian” — choosing food carefully out of love for animals and the planet.

The flat is exceptionally peaceful and quiet — you’d hardly believe such tranquility exists so close to the High Street and with such amenities.
