I’ve a lovely furnished room available with parking and garden, located in the Surrey Hills about 20 minutes drive (approximately 6 miles) from central Guildford and with direct bus and train links to both Guildford and London.

Would suit someone who really loves the countryside as amazing walks/cycles straight from the door. Vegetarian preferred but it’s not a deal breaker, accompanying dogs considered but not cats, and sense of humour essential :)
