I have available for occupancy a large double room as part of a two bed flat within walking distance to the hospital, university, business park and the Guildford town centre.

Price is all inclusive for bills.
Fast Wifi, council tax, gas electricity, water, tv license.

The room is currently part furnished with drawers & double bed.

I live in the 2nd room and there is also an indoor house cat so you MUST be ok with cats as he is very friendly.

I work 5 days a week 9-5 in a nearby town. I would like to find a clean & tidy, friendly housemate. My previous housemate she stayed for 4 years. Any questions send me a message, happy to meet up and show you around or on the phone etc.
