Looking for responsible, tidy, and considerate flatmates. Given the property’s location, it would be of particular interest to students/researchers. Female flatmates preferred since existing occupant is a lady. Rooms available are spacious, bright and airy double bedrooms (for single occupancy). Rooms are located on the ground floor of a 5-bedroom 3-storey home (Band D). As configured, the ground floor enjoys separate facilities from the rest of the house and is therefore like a 2-bedroom flat. The two occupants will share a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower/toilet facility, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.
There is a small, easy maintenance back garden which can be accessed through the ground floor. There is also off-street parking for two cars on the driveway which fronts the property. Accommodation is about 20 min walk to the University of Surrey, and is within easy walk to Lidl and many other local stores as well as a local park. There are frequent bus services to Guildford town centre from the bus stop which is a 2-3 minutes walk from the property. The property is in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood. The rooms will be available in September, with one available mid June (at the earliest).
