The house is a 3-bed semi-detached house with a garden and on street parking in a cul-de-sac. It’s situated in a quiet area close to Southwood Country Park. Morrisons is a 10 minute walk away.

The room has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, TV and TV unit with plenty of shelving space. I am happy to put in a fridge and/or microwave if you would like. You will need to bring your own bedding and towels. You can use the kitchen and utility room. The room is accessible through a back door so you don't need to come through the house to get to it.

I am a HR professional and work from home.

I would like a lodger who is quiet, tidy, clean, and respectful. No overnight guests. We have a dog, who is very friendly, so someone who likes dogs is a must. NOT suitable for anyone who works from home all the time.
