We have 3 children, who have been used to having lodgers for many years, and a calm, friendly cat. We have a cleaner who will clean your room and bathroom. You will have private use of one of our bathrooms, with WC, bath and power shower.

Bright, fully furnished single in one of the nicest areas of Guildford (GU1 postcode) near to the town centre, and recently redecorated. Includes all bills, council tax and fast WiFi.

Plenty of parking available. Very convenient, opposite a deli, butcher, coffee shop and One Stop. An easy 25 min walk into town, or 10 min by bike.

We have a modern and spacious open plan kitchen, a separate utility room and stylish bathrooms.

GREAT LOCATION

Our house is in Boxgrove, one of the nicest areas in Guildford and also very close to the town centre. It is very well located for rail links to Woking and London, and the A3. It is walking distance to London Road rail station, Stoke Park, Spectrum leisure centre, which are all very close. It takes about 25 minutes to walk into Guildford town centre. We also live a 1 minute walk to the bus stop and local shops in Boxgrove, which include a deli, a butchers and a One Stop.
