Double/Single room available near the centre of Woking, 35 minute train to Waterloo - 10/15 minute walk to the station, 10 minute walk to large supermarket. Available unfurnished or part furnished. Single bed in there at the moment for space, a double does fit.
Large open living room, good kitchen and amenities (dish washer etc). Land lord is actually good (shocker). I have a cat, big fluff ball, a little wary of people at first.

Female preferred but definitely not exclusively considered (SpareRoom say I need to have a reason, I’ve lived with women since uni so I’m just used to it)
