I am a live out landlord.

My tenants are looking for a flatmate to join them in this lovely student house, which is situated close to the University, the Station and the Town Centre.

The room is a freshly decorated 1st floor double room with an en-suite. Its amazing. Double bed, under bed storage, wardrobe and chest of draws.

The house has a large kitchen and a comfortable sitting room with TV. There is a garden.

Bills are £102.33 per month, via Uni Homes. This includes the internet. Council tax band D but as a student house there is an exemption from council tax.

A deposit of £842 is required together with a guarantor.

The tenancy expires on 20th August 2026

My tenants preference is for a female to join them. They are looking for someone "nice and normal" who wants to join a calm house and to make it their home for the remainder of the tenancy.
