one large double room available in a stunning 2 bed house with a huge garden and a conservatory. the house is in a great location with proximity to town/uni ( less than 20 min walk ). I am looking for a professional (or a post grad student) flatmate that keeps the place clean/tidy all the time. the house is in a very quite and friendly neighbourhood.

Short term lets are considered

Pets are allowed as my previous flatmate had a daschund dog, and there is free parking outside the property

The available room is fully furnished with a bed/desk/wardrobe and a chair

A little bit about myself, I am a 28 year old professional working as a space engineer( designing control systems and software for satellites in space ) and my hoppies are mainly going to the gym (4-5 times a week so you propaply won`t see my pretty face a lot :D ) and hanging out with friends/hiking/swimming.. etc

The rent price doesn`t include any of the bills
