My tenants are looking for a great tenant to join them for the balance of the current academic year.

The house is in an excellent location (Denzil Road) and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the university, station or into the the town centre. A parking permit can be obtained from the council.

In addition to being able to fit in it is necessary that you are tidy and considerate. You must be a non smoker.

Bills are on top of the monthly rent and are roughly £50 pcm.
