Hi there! I have a lovely double room available to rent in my beautiful 2 bedroom house, walking distance from Guildford train station and the town centre. There is also a bus stop just opposite the house which takes you straight into town or to the University/hospital. Car parking is free outside the house if you have a car. There is fast free wifi as well as built-in wardrobes and ceiling speakers. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you should possibly need. The back garden has a gazebo and a nice area for sunbathing and/or a BBQ in the summer. The floor of the kitchen and bathroom is heated. The rest of the house is carpeted with thick warm carpet. There is a desk and comfortable chair upstairs in your room. You have a floor to ceiling mirrored built-in wardrobe and and extra in-built wardrobe. We have one lovely looking modern bathroom which includes a separate shower and double ended bath for relaxation.

I am clean and tidy and so I require that you are too. I would like a non-smoker please.
The monthly cost is all inclusive, provided normal use of appliances and utilities occurs.
You would be living with two females and a peaceful cat.
