Looking for a flatmate and happy to consider short and longer term lets. Happy to consider pets too so long as they will be ok with my Labrador Billy. Can be flexible in most aspects. Would love a female of a similar age, but happy to consider males also.

Located just 5 mins walk to co-op and to the main high street/thoroughfare, and 15 mins walk to the local train station. Plenty of free parking available on the road.

Shared space includes a conservatory that opens onto the back garden, a cosy living room to relax and unwind, and a well-equipped kitchen. Normal household bills are included and WIFI is available.

You would be living with myself, a teacher, and my lovely Labrador Billy.
