Looking for a considerate and community-minded housemate to share big lovely house in Hebden Bridge with late 30’s female.

The house is walking-distance from Hebden centre, with 2 reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, 2xspare bedrooms, and outdoor area. The available bedroom is unfurnished and there’s plenty of space in the house for other furniture if you’d like to bring it.

Looking for someone with a similar balance to me of sociable and chilled; Enjoy having friends over for food, musicmaking, art, watching films etc and I also really need good interrupted sleep at night :-)

Sober household & meat-free preferred. Sharing responsibilities of keeping the house clean and tidy as well as open and respectful communication super important too. Pets considered.
