Olympia and West Brompton Overground stations are 10 mins' walk. Ample parking - permits can be arranged in streets adjacent to the pedestrian mews, subject to meeting H&F Council requirements.

* LOCAL AMENITIES: shops; pubs; restaurants; traditional market and laundrette a minute away. If you enjoy riverside walks, character pubs or follow the pro-tennis tour, you'll love this part of London. Riverside studios and Hammersmith Apollo are just 10 mins on foot. Both Kings Street and High street Kensington are 10 mins walk. The neighbourhood is very attractive, with white stucco Victorian terraces, open green spaces and excellent, fast transport connections. Happily married, professional couple with independent interests and persuits. Languages spoken: English, German, Italian, Croatian. Between us, we hold Alpine ranger, ISIA Ski Race Coach, RYA sailing tickets, masters degrees and have lived in 7 countries. * CONTRACT TYPES & DURATIONS:
LONG STAY (6 months +):
A Lodgers Agreement is offered on single occupancy basis (i. e. NO COUPLES please). Broadband included, utility bills and councl tax (band F) excluded (subject to transparent split amongst occupants on pro-rata basis). Suggested Budget is typically £1450/m based on a 6 month contract.

SHORTER STAY (2 to 6 months):
There is a fixed "all in" price of £1650 per month on a rolling monthly Lodgers Agreement for greater flexibility.

SHORT VISIT:
1 month only "all in" price £1850
1 week only "all in" price £500

*Current Preference from. owners, due to upcoming planned maintenance, is for guests for 1-3 months duration who are office/ course based during the working week.

* NEXT STEP:
Please msg us, telling us only as much about you as you feel comfortable. Evening/ weekend visits can be arranged with an informal 'meet and greet'. Since 2008, we've welcomed many international & interesting lodgers from academics to professionals.

OUR PREFERENCE: a female lodger who is full-time office, studio or university-based (as one of the owners works from home during the week).
