We’ve a spare room available in cute 2 bed house in Hammersmith/Ravenscourt Park.

You’ll be sharing with an Irish/English couple in our early 30s until the end of tenancy agreement in August 2026.

We’re both social, travel a lot and work in the office (Charlie 5 days a week/ Hannah 3-4 days). Otherwise we love to cook, go to gigs, music, running etc. (And are not an annoying “coupley”couple lol)

Looking for someone likeminded and chill to join our calm and cosy London oasis.

The house has kitchen/dining room shared, separate living room, garden patio with BBQ, family bathroom upstairs and loo downstairs. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, BBQ, wifi and sky glass.

It’s a 5 min walk to Ravenscourt Park tube, 5 mins to Stamford Brook, 12 mins to Hammersmith.
3 min walk to the river, and riverside pubs!

Tesco just opposite the house and Sainsbury’s around the corner, with large M&S in Hammersmith. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Chiswick which is really quaint and full of great boutiques.
Plenty of delish restaurants and good coffee spots nearby also!!

Rent 1200 pcm not including bills.
Start date 8th March.
