Lovely double bedroom available in a 2-bed flat from 10 July, as my current flatmate is moving out. It’s a great area with lots of cafes and pubs, as well as the nicest Mexican takeaway just a few mins away!

The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, a large wardrobe, and a bedside table (although any of the furniture can be removed if you’d prefer).

A bit about me: I’m friendly, sociable, and like to keep the flat clean and tidy, but I also appreciate having my own space. I work in finance and split my week between the office (3 days) and working from home (Wednesdays and Fridays). Outside of work I enjoy cycling, chess, cooking, and catching up with friends.

The flat has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, and it’s in a great location with easy access to West Kensington, Barons Court, and West Brompton stations. Bills are usually around £150 per month, and the notice period is 1 month.
