I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate to move into a bright double room in a 2-bed flat in Shepherd’s Bush.

Can be flexible with move in dates throughout February/March. I’ve lived here for coming up to 3 years now with female friends so note preference for females, but I’m open to hearing from all likeminded individuals - it’s most important for me to find the right fit for me, not just the flat!

Costs: Rent likely around £975pcm (plus ~£130 bills), TBC once the new contract is finalised. £640 deposit. I imagine references and finance checks will be completed by the landlords (who are also lovely, by the way!). The landlords would also ask for a longer term let of 12 months minimum.

The room: Double with great built in storage, gorgeous evening sunlight and overlooking gardens 🌞 The bed and mattress stay with the room - the rest of the furniture can be kept for your stay, or removed before you move in.

The flat: 1 shared bathroom, a spacious shared living room, and just 5–10 mins walk from several stations (and dangerously close to Westfield 🛍️). There is on street permit parking in this area.

About me: I’m Katie, 31. I work part-time shifts in healthcare and part-time from home providing support services for the Autistic & ADHD community. If I’m not out enjoying some sort of live music, from indie gigs to house festivals, I’m getting cosy at home with a book or some embroidery 🪡

Who I’m looking for:
I’d love to find someone likeminded - so someone kind, considerate, and who’d like to treat the flat as a home rather than just a base. Bonus points if you love houseplants, wine, or all things music or psychology 🌿

Non-negotiables:
• Keeping shared spaces clean and tidy (I really value a calm and organised space!)
• No smoking, no pets, no couples (sorry!)
• Respectful of noise levels and ok with sharing with someone who works shifts/is up at 5am some days, or sleeping during the day when working nights 🥲

It’s not a party house but I do love cooking with some music on, having a wine while watching trashy tv, or hosting friends when I can!
