My current flatmate is moving out of the UK so I’m looking for a new flatmate to share this lovely home with :)
Ideal start from the beginning of July.
📍 Location: Hammersmith (quiet residential area)
The flat is located in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood, away from the main road. It’s about a 10-minute walk to King Street, where you’ll find plenty of shops and supermarkets (M&S, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Tesco, Oseyo), as well as IKEA, HeyTea, and many charity shops.
Great transport links: Hammersmith & City, Circle, Piccadilly and District lines.
🏠 About the flat:
- Split over two floors; your room will be on the lower floor
- Your room comes with a large built-in wardrobe
- Spacious living room with plenty of storage; there’s a cherry blossom tree right outside the window 🌸
- Fully equipped kitchen with lots of storage and a gas stove (no dishwasher)
- The flat is cleaned weekly, and I’d love to keep it tidy and cosy together
💰 Rent:
- £1250/month (excluding bills)
- Bills + council tax approx. £150/month
👩 About me:
- Working in London for 4 years, 9–6 schedule, WFH 2 days a week
- Easy-going, tidy, and respectful
- I enjoy cooking, visiting exhibitions, going to the gun(swim, badminton..)
- I also have a guinea pig, but he stays in my room and won’t disturb you
✨ Looking for:
- Female flatmate
- Ideally staying for at least 1 year
- Full-time working professional
- Clean, respectful, non-smoker
- Easy to communicate and considerate
If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to message me for more details or to arrange a viewing 😊
