Hi! I've been living in this lovely flat for over a year, but due to my returning to Japan I'm looking for someone to take over my
room.
The room is the second largest out of 5 single bedrooms and gets amazing sunlight throughout the day - it's super cosy and bright.
Rent is £875/month, all bills included, except WiFi which is £6/month and cleaning twice a week which is £12/month.
Location is fantastic - just a 3 min walk to Ravenscourt Park Station(District line) and about 8-10 minutes on foot to Hammersmith
Station(District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith&City,
Circle line).

Also you'll find everything you need nearby: On the main road, there's M&S, Boots, and a big shopping centre with IKEA, Sainsbury's, and Lidl - all just a 7-minute walk away.
Right next to IKEA is a large H&M too.
Inside Hammersmith Station, you've got a Tesco, and tons of food spots like McDonald's, Paul, Wasabi, Leon, Popeyes, Starbucks, Costa, Pret, and even a Korean supermarket called Oseyo !!

There is Sainsbury's Local inside the station and stays open late.

If you like being outdoors, the Thames River is just 10 minutes away - perfect for walks, runs, or relaxing by the river. There are also lots of cute pubs around.
