I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat in Hammersmith!

The room is bright, spacious and fully furnished, located in a raised ground-floor flat with a shared living space. It's a lovely home in a really convenient location, ideal for someone looking to enjoy everything West London has to offer.

Located between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush, the flat is close to the District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Circle, Central, and Mildmay lines. It's also conveniently located close to Hammersmith high street and Westfield, so shops, restaurants, cafés and everything you need are nearby.

Your housemate would be Louisa, a PhD student who is a kind and considerate housemate. It's a friendly and comfortable home!

Rent is £1150 per month, plus bills. The new tennant would be taking over the contract from 2 January, but I'll be leaving in December so there is some flexibility regarding move in date.
