We have a large and bright double room available in a flat in the Hammersmith area, with a beautiful view of the river and the south side.

The flat is located near Hammersmith Station (around a 5-minute walk), and just 2 minutes from the river and Hammersmith Bridge.

The room is available to rent from 1 May.

There are two other tenants living in the property, aged 25 and 35 (one man and one woman). Both are friendly young professionals.

The flat has a modern kitchen, a spacious corridor, and a separate bathroom and toilet.

Most bills are included in the rent (council tax, broadband, gas, and water). The only bill not included is electricity, which is calculated separately as the cost may vary from month to month.

Electricity is split equally between the three tenants at the end of each month and is usually around £30–£40 per person.
