The apartment is situated between shepherds bush and Hammersmith.
The area is lovely, peaceful, safe and offers you everything you need-from a supermarket to parks and tennis courts.
It is also really well connected, having access to the underground, bus and overground, all at a 10 min reach by foot.
The apartment is a fairly big basement in which I normally live with my roommate. We are both going on holiday, therefore I am searching for someone who wants to rent my room for the months of June July august and September.
The time of stay will be min. 3 Months for 3.000 pounds and 4 months for 3.700 pounds.
You will have to pay a month in advance plus a deposit in case you will brake something, which you will receive back at the and of your stay.
