I'm looking for a flatmate for the second room in my 1-bedroom flat for a 6-month let with possibility to extend. 



The flat is equal distance between Barons Court and West Kensington tube stations (about an 8 minute walk to either). The room is equipped with built-in cupboards and a small double bed. If you'd like the room unfurnished we can arrange removing the bed. Rent for the room is £1050 and this includes heating and council tax. Water, gas, and wifi are additional, usually about 50-75 per month.



I'm a 32 year old professional in the arts, originally from Canada but living in the UK for about a year and a half. I have a relatively quiet life and enjoy watching movies at home in the evening and cooking or having friends over for dinner. I’m easy-going and friendly, would like a flatmate who enjoys spending time together. 


About the flat:
- 2 bedrooms
- Very large, very bright living room / dining room
- Kitchen with full-size fridge, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Outdoor space with clothes line, room for table and chairs, space for a little garden or plants

Move-in date is August 1, I'll do viewings beginning July 8. I don't have any pets but I plan to get a dog sometime soon, so it's important to me that my new roommate is dog friendly.
