It is in a desirable location with easy access to amenities. The rooms are quiet and double glazed. The rent includes all bills and there is a security camera for safety and HALO BT fast broadband and there had never been a problem. There is a shared beautiful lounge but very rarely used. All tenants are respectful towards each other and the common area space.
