We have a lovely double room available in a spacious, friendly flat in a beautiful building. Great location and surroundings.

The flat has excellent transport links with a less than a 10-min walk to the Jubilee Line, Metropolitan Line, and Overground. Northern Line is just about a 10 min walk to Belsize Park Station or Hampstead Heath Station. We are close to Hampstead Heath and Belsize Park for green walks and chill weekends. A great offering of local shops includes Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Aldi, M&S, Tesco and 4 gyms all nearby – super convenient.

The room is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, and drawers. (Everything else will be taken).
There is a large shared living room and a big kitchen. The kitchen has two fridges, electric hob, oven, and all the cookware essentials. Two bathrooms. Washing machine and dryer included. Fully furnished throughout.
We’re a friendly, respectful group of five tenants total – not a party house, but we enjoy chatting while cooking or spending time in the living room. Looking for someone similar in vibe. No live instruments.

Rent: £875/month (excluding bills)

Council Tax band D, approx. £61 per person/ month. Cleaner comes every 2 weeks, shared cost between flatmates. Bills are shared fairly – each tenant takes charge of one bill and splits between the rest of the flat. Bills including council tax are approx. £140.
