I live on a nice tree lined street it has a balcony and is a bright airy flat

I don’t mind what you do for a living but looking to have a nice home with someone who is clean, tidy, cleans up after themselves, sociable etc.

A chat in the evening if we are both there, considerate person. English as a first language only unless you are completely fluent.

Move in date and period time negotiable too. It would be suited to someone who only has their personal belongings like clothes etc but not with furniture the room is too small and I don't want other furniture in the flat.
