Hi everyone, 👋

We have one room available in our lovely house of 7, as the person who was going to move in didn’t manage to for contractual obligations with his previous landlord and therefore we are posting the room again.

Even though we are 7 and it sounds mortifying 💀, I promise you never feel like it, as we all have different lives, we travel a lot, most work from the office everyday, are usually in their rooms working etc, so it’s usually dead silence in the house, except from the evenings when we cook - and even then, we have different timings in the shared spaces, so it’s pretty chill. And this is a nice way to socialise and change environments once in a while! 😉

The room is available to move in immediately, but we are willing to wait for the ideal person! Unfortunately this is only available to working professionals (this is a requirement by the landlady).
The house is located right by the Hampstead Heath with the overground being right next to us and the closest underground being the Belsize Park around 7-9 mins walk.

About your room and the house:
Your room will be priced at £1200 pcm, which includes all bills (water, gas & electricity, wifi, council tax). It’s a very big - (approx. 25sqm) and south facing room with lots of natural light. ☀️
What’s included in the room:
- Double bed
- 2 x 1,5 big wardrobes
- 2 night stands
- TV stand (but no TV 😅)
- Everything else included in the pics is not part of the room.
- There is a small Harry Potter like toilet next to the bedroom, which can be very practical! It is shared, but rarely ever used by anyone in the house.
The room is not ensuite and will be sharing a bathroom with another 2 very clean girls - Marcelle and Elena (me), so we are looking for a person who is very clean when it comes to personal hygiene and shared spaces, respectful and considerate!

About us and the house: 🏡
The house is in the heart of Hampstead heath (the heath is practically our back yard yay!) which is one of the most beautiful, green and safe areas of London. This is a beautiful, big house, with a garden, a small and very bright living room (nowadays this is a perk!! 😜) and two kitchens (one on the ground floor which is the main kitchen and another small one that is usually only used for washing stuff, making tea, storage etc). There are many stores around the house, all within walking distance, gyms, cinema, restaurants and coffee shops and literally everything you can possibly imagine. This is not a party house! We like having friends over often, but while being respectful, quiet and cleaning after ourselves!
We have someone come and clean the house once 1-2 weeks depending, which is included in the rent.
The landlady is a lovely and very sweet older woman who is always available, cares a lot about the house! Her sons help a lot with the management of the house too, whenever needed!

About us:
We are all between our early twenties to early thirties, multicultural, 5 girls and a very quiet and chill guy! We all have our busy personal lives, but we get along together very well, socialise in the kitchen and living room a lot and we always organise things to do together during the weekends! We have become a small family and it is always really nice to know that the moment you come back home you can have someone to talk about your day and actually care. 🥹
We are all working professionals with one student who also works part-time, so we are relatively busy during the week.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is a full-time working professional, who is chill, friendly, positive as a person, open-minded, clean and respectful of the others, while communicating anything that might be affecting them in the house (this is vital as we all want to maintain our friendship and good relationships with each other without having minor missunderstandings).

We have a slight preference in girls, just because the bathroom will be shared with 2 girls, but we are open to all possibilities!
