I'm letting an en-suite double bedroom in my lovely two bedroom flat in Belsize Park. Both bedrooms are en-suite and there is also a separate loo in the hallway so you would have the en-suite shower room to yourself. The other en-suite has a bathtub, which you'd be welcome to use. The kitchen comes with a small breakfast bar, and there is a dining table in the living room.

The flat has a balcony with a barbecue, well equipped kitchen (with all the basics as well as a Vitamix and slow juicer) with a Miele dishwasher, separate washing machine and dryer. The rent is including bills as well as weekly cleaning (with the exception of my cleaner's holidays which are very infrequent, I would expect maybe one week missed if that during the first quarter).

One quirk is that the bedroom for rent has a Pilates reformer in it (it can be stood up on its end to save space, it is behind the door in the photo of the bedroom), if this is of interest to you you are welcome to use it, but as there is a discrepancy in ceiling height within the flat unfortunately it cannot be moved to the other bedroom.

Normally I live in the flat alone, but I travel a lot and a generous estimate is that I'd spend about ten days a month at home on average during these months, probably less. I'm looking for someone responsible who can take good care of the flat while I'm away. As there is a balcony I don't mind if you smoke as along as it's only outdoors.
