Hi there!

I am hoping to move into a flat with my close friend who has just moved to London, so I am looking to find someone to take over my room!

My room has a double bed, a side table, an external closet right outside of the room and a large dresser. My room is super cozy and have really enjoyed my time here :)

The spacious flat has three bedrooms and is occupied by two wonderful girls (one from England and the other from Australia) who are friendly and respectful flatmates!

Alongside having an in-unit washer and dryer and a TV, the flat is right across from Hampstead Heath and the overground, and about a ten minute walk to the northern line (besize park)!

Since I have paid the rent from April until august to our landlord (we paid in 6 month instalments) im looking for someone who can pay me the five month’s of rent up front as a security measure :) I’m open to negotiation if you seem like a good fit! Also, the lease ends in August but you can extend and sign on for another year if you wish.
